Nicolas Montes has substantial experience in intellectual property transactions and licensing with expertise in responding to factual, regulatory, and legal challenges. With a solid educational foundation, Nicolas earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College. Nicolas is licensed to practice law in both the District of Columbia and Florida. Additionally, Nicolas is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, underscoring a commitment to legal excellence and a broad legal practice.
